Business Task

Development of branding for the Center
of Traditional Georgian Cuisine and Crafts.
The main goal of the project was to give tourists
an opportunity to get acquainted with
all the gastronomic and cultural traditions
of Georgia in one place.

Solution

The idea behind the branding to cover "all of Georgia, from A to Z". The main sign is a stylized Georgian letter. Our developmental concept "from A to Z" allowed us to to examine the semantic use of the letters of the Georgian alphabet, applying them in the form of a mask. Each letter of the Georgian alphabet carries a certain cultural meaning: Georgian costumes, jewelry techniques, pottery, traditional wine vessels, traditional Georgian feasts, etc. Depending on the theme, different events draw on different letters and their corresponding illustrative image, reinforcing the visual, logical and semantic connection to establish a broad brand that embodies the Georgian national identity.
