Business Task
The task was to create a branding identity for MARKOVSKYI — an interior design studio based in Israel, specializing in contemporary interior and architectural solutions. The main objective was to develop a modern and minimal visual identity that would reflect both the personality of the designer and the studio’s professional approach to space, materials, and aesthetics. The branding needed to communicate sophistication and confidence without unnecessary decoration or visual excess. Another important goal was to build a flexible visual system capable of working seamlessly across digital communication, printed materials, merchandise, and branded objects.
Solution
We developed a restrained and architectural visual identity built around form, structure, and a sense of materiality. The core of the branding became the capital letter “M,” transformed into an architectural symbol and the key visual element of the brand. Its geometry references structures, spatial composition, and the materials commonly associated with contemporary interiors — concrete, wood, metal, and stone. The logo reflects the aesthetics of modern minimalism through clean lines, balanced proportions, and the absence of unnecessary details, allowing the symbol to function as a strong standalone graphic element. Based on this logo element, we created a flexible system of patterns and graphic compositions that supports the further development of the brand across multiple formats and touchpoints. The visual language adapts naturally to print materials, merchandise, сувенірна продукція, and digital communication while maintaining consistency and recognizability. As a result, the brand received a contemporary, professional, and emotionally refined identity that accurately reflects the studio’s philosophy and approach to interior design.
